This intimate celebration was packed with personalized, chic style. From the deconstructed wedding ‘arch’ to the overhead drifts of orchids and greenery, Jon and Valeria worked with us to create a one-of-a-kind event design at Nobu Malibu. The colors ranged from bright white to soft peach to a pretty blush. We used cherry blossoms, roses, and orchids to create a rich yet light look. Tons of orchids and greenery hung over the dining table, complementing the beachy blue-and-white china and blush-pink glassware. Classically composed clusters of roses and pillar candles also decorated the table top, with one rose tucked into each napkin. The rose wall added a fun backdrop to guests’ photos for a highly personalized touch to the wedding.... Read More

Lillian and Isaac didn’t want a soft, subtle palette for their wedding – instead they asked for a bold and daring look with this combination of vivid reds, purples, and pinks, and eye-catching accents of pampas grass. This intensified color palette fit perfectly into the Langham Pasadena ballroom, with its gorgeous chandeliers and arched ceiling. The chuppah stretched the entire stage, flanked with amaranthus, roses, and various greenery. The mirrored legs of the chuppah allowed the colors to pop on their own. We used antique-style metal pedestals and vases for the reception pieces, and bridged long tables with stunning overhead arrangements of roses, hydrangea, and pepper tree. We’re so grateful to the bride and groom for collaborating with us on... Read More

Bright, pretty florals and a seaside backdrop gave April and Nathaniel’s wedding a breezy yet composed feel. We used delphinium, hydrangea, and roses throughout the wedding, with touches of baby’s breath to add movement and lightness to the look. The intimate ceremony featured a glossy white aisle and a classic arch framing the bride and groom. The arch, in all white, blended with the cool blue of the sea for a stunning backdrop to the wedding ceremony. Springlike florals lined the aisle. The reception featured chic white vases with classically styled collections of roses, ranunculus, hydrangeas, and occasional pops of orchids. Gold silverware, elegant menus, and etched glassware added the perfect finishing touches to the table decor. We love overflowing... Read More

While this stunning wedding at Hummingbirds Nest Ranch took place in the summer, the aesthetic brought a refreshing cool wintry feel to the event. Ilene and Robert wanted an all white palette with gray and metallic accents. We designed a chuppah with drifts of white orchids; the mirrored legs of the chuppah added a touch of glamour. Candles lined the glossy white aisle for a clean look. In the reception tent, mirrored tables, a metallic stage backdrop, and gunmetal-gray napkins offered brilliant and modern counterpoints to our white florals. Tall centerpieces on the round tables offered height and drama; collections of grand candelabras, tall centerpieces, and vases of flowers like tulips and lisianthus lined the long tables. We love when... Read More

An all-important element of wedding ceremony design, the chuppah provides symbolic shelter for a wedding couple, and a focal point for guests at the front of the aisle. Melissa and JL wanted something lush, rustic, and eye-popping. Utilizing greenery, white florals and whimsical branches of curly willow, we created a big-is-better chuppah that wowed guests and blended in perfectly with the beautiful grounds of the Empire Polo Field. The reception took place in a tent with sumptuous draping and more overflowing greenery. Pops of fresh white flowers aligned with the all-white draping and flooring, and the rustic chairs and sea-blue linens. Vintage-style globe lights hung within our custom ceiling installations of greenery. More greenery edged the stage, and even served... Read More
