Perla and James wanted to truly wow their guests with exciting, high-impact setpieces at their winter wedding at the Bellagio. They married in a nearby church, for which we provided pretty aisle pieces and light florals, saving the razzle-dazzle for the reception. In the ballroom, which was made a blank canvas thanks to white carpet and draping, we created a stunning showpiece of mirrored columns with swaths of floral garlands and drifts of long white orchids hanging down from above. Even more special – A draped walkway lead guests to the reception space, creating an immersive feel right from the beginning of the event experience! A chuppah truly feels like a canopy with lots of ruffles of orchids hanging from above, and that’s exactly what Talia and Jacob wanted for their Lombardi House celebration. The chuppah stood on chic mirrored legs for a modern accent, and we lined the aisle with more pretty white flowers. Taking place during the pandemic, this intimate and joyous event was a perfect example that bigger doesn’t mean better. What we focused on is adding volume where we could – like the lush and generous fringes of orchids on the chuppah, and an overflowing ceiling installation of even more orchids in the reception venue. Keeping the color scheme mostly white for a fresh, romantic look, we added touches of blush... Read More

Danielle and CJ’s wedding at Mandarin Oriental is a sophisticated celebration in classic whites. Delicate white florals, complimented by gold and clear accents, prove to be wedding details that will never go out of style. For the ceremony, we created a three-arch design decorated with orchids, hydrangeas, and roses and adorned with a stunning crystal chandelier in the center. Two statement urn arrangements create a stunning entrance to the tall candelabras, cascading florals, and heavy candlelight that line the aisle way. A beautiful white runner is created from rose petals the length of the aisle. The reception, which was held in the very same space as the ceremony, was magically transformed into an elegant white ballroom complete with golden tables,... Read More

We love all things greenery. And, we love glamorous, elegant ballrooms. Some people think greenery and ballrooms don’t mix, but we beg to differ. For this wedding, we were able to bring the outside in – bringing in whole pepper trees, hanging greenery, and lining a glossy dance floor with even more greenery. And, it worked! It takes so many details to design a stunning, one-of-a-kind wedding. For this luxurious Hummingbird Nest Ranch wedding at their Villa location, every aspect of the decor had to contribute to a rich, vibrant palette, from the deep red roses all around the portico at the ceremony to the swags of purple along the tent. In the ceremony area, we surrounded the existing portico with lush greenery and roses, with an aisle border to match. For the reception tables, we designed collections of compotes filled with red roses, and tapered red candles, and mercury votives. Purple napkins, gold rimmed chargers, and dove gray linens completed the look. And of course, we filled the beautiful fountain in front of the Villa... Read More

sAs wedding design becomes more and more ambitious, we find ourselves playing with the possibilities when it comes to ceiling installations. For many years, the most extravagant aspect of ballroom ceilings were light fixtures, such as chandeliers; but with careful rigging and great collaborators, we can bring drama and style to overhead installations. For this romantic wedding at the Montage Laguna Beach, we designed overflowing waves of white florals and greenery, along with crystal fixtures. We worked with great vendors, including the amazing team at Amber Event Production,to create the overall look. Photos below are by the always-brilliant Jessica Claire. One of our favorite venues is the legendary Beverly Hills Hotel. Their Crystal Garden is a private, gorgeous outdoor area with a built-in gazebo upon which we have designed some of our must stunning chuppahs. For this event, we brought in a rich spectrum of pinks, ivory, a touch of peach, and greenery to create a romantic atmosphere for our clients. Simple, sweet peony bouquet Many brides dream of a peony bouquet, and this bride was no different. Pink and ivory peonies combined with perfect ivory roses for this bridal bouquet. A blush, pink, and ivory rose chuppah We encrusted the original gazebo with waves of roses and greenery, using varying depths and types of roses to create texture, but... Read More

Hummingbird Nest Ranch is a space set apart from all others: A sprawling ranch turned event space, it features massive lawns and gorgeous architecture. With the Santa Susana Mountains as a backdrop, it’s a truly special place for a wedding. For this celebration, the clients wanted rich red to be a focus, along with luxurious amounts of greenery and vibrant corals, yellows, and light pink. And the chuppah had to be amazing. Of course, that’s one of our specialties, and we created a stunning chuppah with a light ombre effect. A Breathtaking Chuppah with Rich Red Roses The Chuppah featured a spectrum of color, carefully placed for a slight ombre affect, starting with rich red roses at the base of... Read More

Over 600 Guests. Massive trees growing out of tables. One of the most luxurious venues in the country. This winter wedding at the Bellagio Las Vegas was a beautiful production that we were thrilled to be a part of! Luxurious Wedding Floral Inspiration The couple wanted classic, white florals with a slight modern feel and rose gold accents. An acrylic chuppah gave them a clean presentation, and chic white shelves lined with candles not only defined the entrance to their ceremony space, its clean edges lent a modern touch and high-impact impression to guests. Those trees, though! A one-of-a-kind element of this wedding design that awed guests were the 13′ trees rising from Palace Party Rental‘s custom made tables. These... Read More
