A Fall Wedding with Natural Charm

July 18, 2023 9:32 am

A fall wedding brings to mind rich autumnal colors, like copper, terra cotta, and goldenrod. For Mercedes and Kyle’s wedding at a private home, we created a gorgeous design full of vibrant textures and shades that brought both a natural charm and easy elegance to their celebration. The backyard of the home featured a pool, and we floated curves of rose petals in golden-yellow and burnt orange. We also lined a rustic wood aisle with arrangements of wildflowers, roses, and greenery in orange, red, coral, and even touches of blue. The dining tables featured tall centerpieces of rustic branches, greenery, and flowers. We also scattered pots in complimentary colors including copper and bronze. A delightful surprise: pots of mini peppers,... Read More

Glints of Gold at a Luxury Private Estate

May 11, 2022 8:57 am

A monochromatic color scheme brings balance to this wedding, which took place in a luxurious private estate. Marina and Yusef surrounded their guests in gold, from the rims on the chargers to the tall stands of our florals. We balanced all this gold with tons of ivory roses and flowers, and clear candelabras. Chairs with rich bronze swag offered a totally upscale, elegant look along with the etched glassware and soft gold shantung linens under mirrored table tops. While unashamedly luxe, the combination of textures and the pure ivory palette of the flowers (with just a few touches of blush here and there) brought an understated elegance to the entire look. A Rainbow of Colors at Kempa Villa

A lakeside private estate, Kempa Villa, provided the romantic backdrop for this gorgeous wedding during a perfect March day in Palm Desert. A grand arch accented with pampas grass greeted guests as they arrived to the ceremony space. Two large urn pieces on rustic stone-like pedestals completed the look. A rainbow of colors lined the reception tables, from the teal glassware to the blue hydrangeas to the purple grapes dotting the tables. Oranges, corals, yellows and pinks completed the look. Branches of rosemary decorated each place setting, as well as added a rustic touch to the wedding cake. From the soft blush-tans of the ceremony to the bright spectrum of colors lining the reception tables, this wedding offered something a... Read More

Clouds of Baby’s Breath in Bel Air

April 19, 2022 5:59 pm

Our unique spin on this wedding truly had guests talking. Lauren and Robin married at a stunning Bel Air estate high above the city, and wanted to reflect this magical setting with a cool, elegant design with lots of baby’s breath and a Steel gray accent. The ceremony chuppah, decorated solely with baby’s breath, reflected the clouds above. The light airiness of the look was literally reflected by a glimmering mirrored ceremony aisle, and baby’s breath lined the aisle as well. The reception featured all gray furniture and chairs, and carpet too, for a chic monochromatic design. Collections of white flowers lined each long table, and tall baby’s breath centerpiece accented with clusters of white orchids towered above the round... Read More

Bright and Beautiful Estate Wedding

October 7, 2021 4:43 pm

Mother nature gives us so many hues to play with, and our clients Sanam and Yoav wanted a bold play of colors for their big day. Their wedding took place at a private home, giving us even more freedom to design a one-of-a-kind wedding.  The ceremony and reception were located in the same area to conserve space; we needed a stunning chuppah to serve as a focal point, and designed a gorgeous arch with thick greenery and coral, peach, and pink roses. A rustic aesthetic influenced the rest of the centerpieces, with sprays of greenery and foliage. Roses, hydrangea, lisianthus, even daisies and touches of fruit made appearances in an array of shades from bright yellow to red to blue. ... Read More
