Detailed Design at the Ritz Laguna Niguel

April 6, 2023 2:35 pm

Details count, especially in event design – even the smallest touches. For Julie and Peter’s celebration at the Ritz Laguna Niguel, we created tabletop decor featuring hundreds of little votives and unique, two-vases-in-one bud vases on large round tables to give a soft, romantic feel. These perfect circles of candlelight and roses offered lots of visual interest for guests to enjoy as they dined. Our blush and ivory theme featured a touch of black thanks to pops of anemones, a springtime favorite of many brides and grooms. Set against all-white linens, flooring, and draping, the gentle pink of the florals glowed in the space. This palette of soft, pretty colors was perfect for a beach-side spring wedding. Coral Crescents at Saddlerock Ranch

February 15, 2023 11:22 am

A unique ceremony backdrop is the key to creating a big impact during the exchange of vows. For Carolyne and Ben, we designed a series of crescent shapes encrusted with roses in shades of pink and coral. The result was truly eye popping, adding a sense of modern romance to the ceremony. The reception featured cool grays in the chairs and table tops, a perfect neutral complement to our coral and pink centerpieces. We broke up the pretty pinks with touches of light green hydrangeas and ruscus greenery. The round tables featured coral linens, upon which we perched tall, elegant centerpieces in a mix of light yellow, pink, coral and light green. Adding a modern touch were our gray concrete... A Romantic Hideaway at Hotel Bel-Air

December 29, 2022 1:39 pm

The Hotel Bel-Air is a legendary A-lister hideaway tucked into the hills of Los Angeles. Lauren and Blake wanted their guests to feel like they were in a lush and beautiful retreat. Their wedding took place at the hotel’s iconic outdoor locations – the lake, inhabited by graceful swans, and a lawn nestled among the hotel, where we hung swathes of greenery and flowers along a wood arbor. Along with twinkle lights that echoed a starry night, the feel was truly that of a magical getaway. The ceremony arch featured lots of greenery and pops of white flowers. In the reception space, we hung tons of ruscus greenery on the trellis over the head table and designed pink and white... Read More

Pretty Romance at Calamigos Ranch

December 2, 2022 1:07 pm

Calamigos Ranch offers a whimsical, pastoral venue for weddings. Jessika and Adrian married among the dreamy trees and hanging lights in the Pavilion ceremony space; then, guests partied among nearby carnival rides and under Calamigos’ elegant tent. Our round ceremony structure, decorated with white roses, served as a dramatic backdrop for the couple. The natural mix of white flowers and greenery continued through the cocktail hour and reception space. We dressed the fireplace mantel with lots of gorgeous flowers, and moved the ceremony backdrop to the reception space to add visual impact to the sweetheart table. August 25, 2022 10:03 am

For Ellie and Moti’s big day at the Four Seasons Westlake, they wanted a modern and high-impact backdrop for their sweetheart table. We arranged our custom gold candleholders and clusters of white flowers and baby’s breath on a white stage provided by Hollywood Event Rentals. It’s unique touches like the backdrop that make a couple’s wedding stand apart and reflect their individual tastes. We also created an asymmetrical centerpiece for the escort table, and a chuppah dripping with orchids for an airy feel. We kept the ceremony space fresh and springlike, with white flowers along the aisle accented by greenery. We created cascades of blush and ivory flowers in the reception ballroom, including the room divider. See more of the... Read More

A Seaside White Wedding at the Montage Laguna Beach

June 14, 2022 6:06 pm

We love the crisp romanticism of an all-white wedding. Shabnam and Samer wanted every aspect of their affair at the Montage Laguna Beach to be modern yet lush. We created a nearly all-white design with little pops of fresh, springlike green. The ceremony sofreh featured tall centerpieces dripping with orchids. We flanked each side of the aisle with tall white wildflowers for a seamless look. Along with the clean white aisle and stage – plus stylish upholstered seats for the bride and groom – the overall look was perfection. At the reception, a beautiful arch with cherry blossoms and hanging crystals served as a photo-ready backdrop for the sweetheart table, itself draping with tons of flowers. The reception tables featured... Read More

So Many Orchids! at Lombardi House

January 25, 2022 4:44 pm

A chuppah truly feels like a canopy with lots of ruffles of orchids hanging from above, and that’s exactly what Talia and Jacob wanted for their Lombardi House celebration. The chuppah stood on chic mirrored legs for a modern accent, and we lined the aisle with more pretty white flowers. Taking place during the pandemic, this intimate and joyous event was a perfect example that bigger doesn’t mean better. What we focused on is adding volume where we could – like the lush and generous fringes of orchids on the chuppah, and an overflowing ceiling installation of even more orchids in the reception venue. Keeping the color scheme mostly white for a fresh, romantic look, we added touches of blush... Read More

Bright, pretty florals and a seaside backdrop gave April and Nathaniel’s wedding a breezy yet composed feel. We used delphinium, hydrangea, and roses throughout the wedding, with touches of baby’s breath to add movement and lightness to the look. The intimate ceremony featured a glossy white aisle and a classic arch framing the bride and groom. The arch, in all white, blended with the cool blue of the sea for a stunning backdrop to the wedding ceremony. Springlike florals lined the aisle. The reception featured chic white vases with classically styled collections of roses, ranunculus, hydrangeas, and occasional pops of orchids. Gold silverware, elegant menus, and etched glassware added the perfect finishing touches to the table decor. We love overflowing... Read More

March 9, 2019 5:19 pm

For this wedding, held at the iconic Beverly, Hilton, the bride and groom wanted full, elegant displays featuring roses, orchids, and pops of babys breath, and a huge installation of florals above the dance floor. The result: Romantic, chic event design. Jessica Claire’s photos capture the glamour, from start to finish. Candles lined the aisle in the ceremony space. Branches of cherry blossom and rustic elements created this stunning chuppah. Delicate glass bulbs hung down from tall stands of orchids and babys breath on the long tables in the ballroom.
