Grandeur and Greenery at the Alexandria

The Alexandria is one of the many historical buildings in Los Angeles with rich details of a bygone era: Carved-wood molding, hardwood floors, gorgeous chandeliers, and grand archways. For Cassandra and Zachary’s wedding we brought sumptuous greenery and accents of white and pink florals to offset the venue’s traditional lines, for a beautiful combination of style and texture.

A focal point of the ceremony space is a fireplace with an incredible carved mantel. Gold molding surrounding the mantel compliments the dazzling crystal chandeliers. We lined the aisle with boxes full of greenery and touches of roses, brightening the space with their vivid color. More greenery spilled across and around the fireplace, which we also dressed with lots of pillar candles in hurricane glassware.

We designed large, lavish reception table centerpieces with a variety of greenery. The pieces truly popped against the all-white space, creating a high impact look with intense contrast. Accents of light pink roses added a touch of romance to this one-of-a-kind, gorgeous wedding.
