So Many Orchids! at Lombardi House

A chuppah truly feels like a canopy with lots of ruffles of orchids hanging from above, and that’s exactly what Talia and Jacob wanted for their Lombardi House celebration. The chuppah stood on chic mirrored legs for a modern accent, and we lined the aisle with more pretty white flowers.

Taking place during the pandemic, this intimate and joyous event was a perfect example that bigger doesn’t mean better. What we focused on is adding volume where we could – like the lush and generous fringes of orchids on the chuppah, and an overflowing ceiling installation of even more orchids in the reception venue.

Keeping the color scheme mostly white for a fresh, romantic look, we added touches of blush in the bridal party bouquets. Otherwise, the theme kept with white roses and orchids everywhere, including the ceiling installations rigged inside the venue. These pieces added visual interest to the interior, along with dramatic lighting. We added another unique touch to the event by bordering the entrance to the indoor reception space with white roses and orchids.
